Simon Legald is a Danish product designer working in Copenhagen. Graduating from the Royal Danish Academy of Fine Art in 2012, he began collaborating with Normann Copenhagen to create the Form series in 2011. Since then Simon has designed dozens of products for the company, ranging from lighting to furniture and accessories.

Legald creates products that are simple and straightforward. True to the Nordic tradition, Legald’s works are minimal and functional. He values the honesty in design, often highlighting technical aspects of his pieces rather than hiding them.
